We all experience times in our lives when our day does not go as planned. We can either let them carry us away completely or take a detour and get back on track. If you accept the fact that life is not perfect we can prevent them from discouraging us each time. No one is perfect therefore there is no perfect routine. I miss workout days, but overall my routine is pretty regular. Instead of trying to be perfect, strive for progress and keep moving forward.
