What kinds of classes do you offer?

We offer Boxing Bootcamps, Traditional Bootcamps, Yoga (Flex), HIIT, Zumba, and Chisel Beats (choreographed cardio workout)

How does your personal training work?

First thing we like to do is set you up with a free consultation with a male of female trainer who is best suited for your goals.  From there, they will discuss these goals with you as well as come up with a plan that will fit your schedule and budget.

Do you have showers?

Yes we do!

How early are your classes?

We offer classes as early as 6am
