So I did my meal prep video last night to help show all my clients how to properly get ready for your week.  Not only does this simplify things for you during the week but it gets you to your goal faster by keeping you compliant.  It is way to hard to change your habits with no attack plan.  If you are one that has been trying and trying to lose weight but fail due to lack of consistency, then you are missing the “prep phase”  of your daily routine.  It literally only took me about an hour and a half to create 10 pre-packaged lunches for my husband and I.  Now I know what I am eating and I have time for other things throughout my week.  Here is my daily breakdown:

Breakfast:  2 eggs, 1/2 cup greens, and a banana

Snack 1:  1/4 cup walnuts with dried fruit

Snack 2: Protein shake with frozen berries and 1 TBS Chia Seeds

Lunch:  4oz chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup veggies

Dinner:  This will vary throughout the week but typically it is some kind of protein and vegetable.
