Upcoming 6 Week Group Fitness Programs

What is the 6 week group fitness program?

Each 6 week program is limited to 4 participants so it gives you the opportunity to work with a personal trainer at a fraction of the price.  Each program involves 2-30 or 45 minute training session per week along with weekly motivation and guidance from your trainer.  


Do you want to join a group that has already started?  Contact us and most of our programs can easily be prorated so you can hop right in if there is room.
