I am from Florida, but I have lived in Rhode Island for the past 4 years. I have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology, so I have a lot of clinical exercise testing and prescription experience. However, my experience isn’t strictly in a lab, I have been training a wide variety of clients for the last 4 years. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I worked in a commercial gym briefly, and then I worked in a private studio for about 3 years. I have worked with a wide variety of people ranging from 15 to 90. I have also worked with many different injuries, limitations, and special populations. My approach with exercise programming is corrective and functional. I believe that exercise and proper nutrition are a form of preventative medicine. I understand the importance of individualized programming because every single person is different, and their exercise program should be treated as such. I am passionate about helping people move better, eat better, and ultimately feel better!
