Elite offers a new challenge every month to help you stay on track to reach all your fitness goals.

Football 5 week Challenge:  Every member is placed on a team with one of our class instructors as your head coach.  Each workout you complete weekly is 10 yards for your time.  Every 100 yards = 1 touchdown (6pts) for your team.  Extra points will be given throughout the challenge to help your team win each week.  All you have to up and workout!

A fun flag football game is held at the end for the top two teams.  Although everyone can play.  Sign up is required for this event.  Saturday October 12, 2019.  Time and location TBA
