You can do the workouts all on your own ($99/month) or come join a small group in studio ($250/month). Every month is a different program to keep you from hitting those dreaded plateus. You get 4 weigth training workouts per week, a personal nutrition goal to hit, various recipes shared throughout to keep you on track, and my online support group to help keep you motivated!
With my online training, you also get a nutrition tracker built in to you training program. Along with logging your workouts, you will also keep track of your food intake as well. This way I can help you make healthier decisions along the way. It's not an overnight fix so I believe in taking small steps that will lead to lasting habits.
