Each in studio session is limited to 4-6 participants so it gives you the opportunity to work with a personal trainer 2 days per week at a fraction of the price. The full program is accessible with our personalized training app. There are 3 weight workouts per week and you will also log your nutrition and cardio workouts there as well. Each 45-60 minute training session is part of a program created by each individual trainer.
There are 2 options to join our monthly programs in studio
1. Come in our studio 2 days per week with a trainer and complete one day on your own (you can do this workout at home or utilize our studio for this independent workout)
$200
2. Come in our studio 2 days per week with a trainer and also get full access to our group fitness classes (Yoga, Chisel Sweat, Chisel Strength, Bootcamp, Boxfit, and Zumba) (See Schedule Here). $265
How to get started: We recommend scheduling a Free Consultation with a trainer before starting any of our programs.
" The small group training is a great way to improve your form and focus on building strength and muscle. The trainers are able to provide individual attention and encouragement and working out with a small cohort builds camaraderie and we all push each other to improve and work just a bit harder. The facilities are clean and the equipment is in great shape. I highly recommend trying Elite Training and Fitness small group training if you want to really boost your fitness level."
