Each program is limited to 4-6 participants so it gives you the opportunity to work with a personal trainer 2 days per week at a fraction of the price. Each 45 minute training session is part of a program created by each individual trainer.
The cost of the 4 week program is only $200 for the 8 sessions only or for only $50 more you can add on unlimited group fitness classes (See Schedule Here).
You can also choose to do the program completely on your own for $99 with our Online Option. Dumbbell or full gym version available and Carrie will keep you accountable through the app.
